JPI KENYA CHAPTER

JPI KENYA CHAPTER recognizes the importance and capacity of youth leaders to play a crucial role in driving community change and building sustainable Businesses and we are committed to providing a platform where youths can learn from industry leaders like you. We aim to foster a greater acknowledgment of youths as vital drivers of social change and economic progress in all parts of society. It will allow participants to improve and strengthen their leadership capacity and abilities through an interactive session conducted by a faculty of experts.

Our goal is to equip young minds with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to excel as future leaders and entrepreneurs. It is designed to feature renowned speakers, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities designed to empower participants to embrace innovation and take charge of their future. Promoting Youth Leadership

By promoting youth leadership, we can empower young people to become active citizens, leaders, and change-makers in their communities. We offer online courses that provide leadership training and development opportunities for youths.

Providing Global Exposure

We provide access to global opportunities through international conferences and events that bring together youths from around the world. J.P.I sponsored 27 Nigerian youths to attend an all-expense paid leadership conference in Rwanda in 2023.

Enhancing Learning for Youths

To provide a learning platform for the personal development of young and emerging leaders with an overall aim of equipping, encouraging, and supporting them to steer innovative initiatives and solutions in their immediate environment.

Promoting Entrepreneurship

To encourage the youths to embrace entrepreneurship to create job opportunities across various sectors and foster intergenerational solidarity and learning opportunities.

Providing Networking Opportunities

Provide a networking platform for young leaders to meet their peers in the same sector, learn from industry experts and explore possible future collaboration, partnerships, and mentorship.

Providing Mentorship

Mentorship for youths provides guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential. By providing effective mentorship to youths, we can help them achieve their goals, develop important skills, and become confident and capable individuals.
